Our hiring process - what can you expect?

Our recruiter scans all CVs, applications and profiles. If he likes what he sees, he'll give you a call!

Time to put on your best outfit - you'll have a video call with our recruiter to talk about yourself, your experience, your goals...

You'll have a second, in-depth interview about the job position, with our head of tech, our head of operations, our head of strategy... depending on the job you applied for. 
- 
If you feel us, and we are feeling you, we'll plan a final interview between you and our managing partner, Tom. 
- 
Green light - we are sending you a contract proposal! 
- 
Onboarding. Welcome to our team! On your first day, you meet some of your team members and pick up everything you need to work. We might challenge you to a game of pingpong - who knows...
